Selection screen

It replaces the NeoOrigins screen and opens for a player who has not chosen yet.

• A story page comes first. You can skip it, and reopen it later with the Story button.
• Pick a team, then a class. Cards are on the left, the bonus list and the team's Pokemon on its pedestal are on the right.
• Your own skin is shown on stage, animated for the team and the class.
• Cards can be clicked, scrolled, or driven with the keyboard.
• The whole interface is drawn by code and fits small windows.
